This has been created for people struggling to set up a Yoga (or Meditation although I will be primarily focused on Yoga Asana) practice and can identify what is holding them back.

HOW are we going about this?
Each month Faern will present to you via email a focus point which we will develop from. This point is related to the seasons which shifts how we approach the phases we naturally are working with BUT really we are doing a beginners Yoga class which is including from the beginning our inherent connection to nature- the cosmos which we are.
EACH Month You Receive:
- 3 online LIVE 20+ minute Yoga for Beginners with group discussion 10-30 minutes with recordings you can download and keep.
- 1 time a month 1:1 conversation for 30 minutes
- 1 recording per month or a guided meditation which goes along with the phases and seasons
- 1 email a month with a monthly theme and description/ significance of it
- 1 email a month with weekly journal prompts (sometimes more than one a week because these are PHASE dependent)
