I approach this in a similar way as my Oracle Card Readings except no cards, this is an "energetic space" reading.

When you receive the audio recording- it is best that you create space to pay full attention- no distractions at all. Drink some water and have it with you. Create a meditative experience for yourself- in order to fully take in the messages make yourself comfortable.
